Unfortunately we do not offer refunds. 

If applicable, we offer exchanges as follows:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. In order to recieve a replacement the defective or damaged item must be clearly photographed and submitted to ohsoprettyjewels@gmail.com within 72 hours of receipt. If the same item is still in stock it will be replaced, if not it will be replaced with an item of equal value and style.
